Dr. Damaj is a life-science entrepreneur and executive with a career spanning more than 75 patents, multiple company co-foundings — including NASDAQ-listed Apricus Biosciences and Innovus Pharmaceuticals (acquired by Aytu BioPharma) — and over $1B in commercial partnerships with companies including Takeda, Abbott, and Novartis-Sandoz. He holds a PhD from Université Laval with postdoctoral training at McGill University, and founded the firm on the conviction that healthcare supply deserves the same rigor as drug development.
Samira leads the firm with strong professional experience spanning over 20 years in private and publicly traded companies, across operations, management, and supply chain. She sets the firm's direction and holds its single-partnership standard across every region we operate in.
David has served as Head of Product Marketing since 2018. He previously led Boston Marketing Group, a specialty marketing firm supporting the natural products industry, where his clients included large public and private health companies. His earlier tenure spans technology-driven health and wellness brands sold through major retail outlets including GNC, Walmart, and CVS, as well as leading e-commerce platforms. He holds a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Massachusetts.
